Soft Roll

Ingredient :
1.  500 gm strong flour
2.  275 gm water
3.  6 gm instant sugar
4.  100 gm castor sugar
5.  60 gm shortening 
6.  5 gm salt

Step :
1.  Mix strong flour, yeast, castor sugar togethet until combine.
2.  Add water.
3.  Add shortening and salt.
4.  Beat about eight to ten minutes (using machine)
5.  Shape the dough.
6.  Rest it until double size.
7.  Punch the dough.
8.  Portion the dough to 30 gm each.
9.  Rest the dough until double size.
10.  Egg wash the soft roll.
11. Bake the soft roll about 10 minutes in 180 degree celcius.
12. Serve the soft roll.
