ingredients :
- 125 gm self rising flour
- 3 no eggs
- 155 gm margarine
- 1/2 cup coco powder
- 175 gm cooking chocolate
- 200 gm castor sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 tbsp honey
step :
- beat margarine with sugar until fluffy
- add eggs gradually
- add vanilla essence
- add flour
- add coco powder
- add honey and whipped cream
- beat until combined
- on the other hand, melt the cooking chocolate.
- pour the mixture into mold.
- bake in 180 degree Celsius about 20 minutes ..
- when the cake cooked, cut away the upper layer thinly.
- then, cut the cake into two layer.
- coat the first layer with melted cooking chocolate.
- put another layer on the top of the other layer.
- then, coat the cake fully with the chocolate.
- wait until it cooled.
- serve.
p/s : cake will be ready if the wooden stick come out clean.
