bavarian

ingredients :
  1. 200 gm castor sugar
  2. 4 egg yolk
  3. 1/2 liter milk
  4. 25 gm gelatin
  5. 300 gm whipped cream
step :
  1. beat the egg yolk with sugar
  2. heat up the gelatin
  3. add milk
  4. add gelatin
  5. add whipped cream
  6. mix it well
  7. chilled until needed
