creme brulee
ingredients :
- 60 gm brown sugar
- 6 no egg yolks
- 90 gm castor sugar
- 750 ml heavy cream (hot)
- 4 ml vanilla essence
- 1.5 gm salt
step :
- beat egg yolks with sugar.
- add vanilla essence
- add heavy cream
- add salt
- strain and put in the ram king
- get rid of the bubbles
- bake with water bath in 180 degree Celsius about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- garnish with brown sugar.
