creme brulee

ingredients :
  1. 60 gm brown sugar
  2. 6 no egg yolks
  3. 90 gm castor sugar
  4. 750 ml heavy cream (hot)
  5. 4 ml vanilla essence
  6. 1.5 gm salt
step :
  1. beat egg yolks with sugar.
  2. add vanilla essence
  3. add heavy cream
  4. add salt
  5. strain and put in the ram king
  6. get rid of the bubbles
  7. bake with water bath in 180 degree Celsius about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  8. garnish with brown sugar.
