choc almond cookies

ingredients :
  1. 125 gm castor sugar
  2. 250 gm butter
  3. 400 gm soft flour
  4. 30 gm coco powder
  5. 200 gm cooking chocolate (melted)
  6. 150 gm almond flake
step :
  1. beat sugar with butter
  2. add flour
  3. add coco powder and almond flake
  4. beat until bind
  5. shape it (roll)
  6. wrap it using plastic wrap
  7. stored it in freezer in 30 minutes
  8. slice the cookies.
  9. bake in 180 degree celcius about 10 minutes.
