choc almond cookies
ingredients :
- 125 gm castor sugar
- 250 gm butter
- 400 gm soft flour
- 30 gm coco powder
- 200 gm cooking chocolate (melted)
- 150 gm almond flake
step :
- beat sugar with butter
- add flour
- add coco powder and almond flake
- beat until bind
- shape it (roll)
- wrap it using plastic wrap
- stored it in freezer in 30 minutes
- slice the cookies.
- bake in 180 degree celcius about 10 minutes.
