cream caramel

ingredients :
for caramelize :
  1. 190 gm castor sugar
  2. 30 ml water
for the body :
  1. 250 gm eggs
  2. 125 gm castor sugar
  3. 1 gm salt
  4. 8 ml vanilla essence
  5. 625 ml milk
step :
for caramelize :
  1. heat the sugar with water until turn brown and thick.
  2. put in the ram king.
for the body :
  1. beat the eggs with the castor sugar.
  2. add vanilla essence
  3. add milk
  4. add salt
  5. strain the mixture
  6. get rid of the bubbles 
  7. put it in the ram king
  8. bake using water bath about 30 to 45 minutes in 180 degree Celcius.
