chocolate moist cake

ingredients :
  1. 125 gm self rising flour
  2. 3 no eggs
  3. 155 gm margarine
  4. 1/2 cup coco powder
  5. 175 gm cooking chocolate
  6. 200 gm castor sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  8. 3 tbsp whipped cream
  9. 1 tbsp honey
step :
  1. beat margarine with sugar until fluffy
  2. add eggs gradually
  3. add vanilla essence
  4. add flour 
  5. add coco powder
  6. add honey and whipped cream
  7. beat until combined
  8. on the other hand, melt the cooking chocolate.
  9. pour the mixture into mold.
  10. bake in 180 degree Celsius about 20 minutes ..
  11. when the cake cooked, cut away the upper layer thinly.
  12. then, cut the cake into two layer.
  13. coat the first layer with melted cooking chocolate.
  14. put another layer on the top of the other layer.
  15. then, coat the cake fully with the chocolate.
  16. wait until it cooled.
  17. serve.
p/s : cake will be ready if the wooden stick come out clean.
