pineapple upside down

ingredients :
  1. 150 gm self rising flour
  2. 2 no eggs
  3. 90 gm margarine
  4. 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  5. 100 gm castor sugar
  6. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  7. 8 no pineapple rings
  8. 100 gm brown sugar
  9. 8 no of cherry
step :
  1. beat margarine with sugar until fluffy
  2. add eggs gradually
  3. add vanilla essence
  4. add flour.
  5. add pineapple juice.
  6. on the other side, arrange pineapple rings in the mold.
  7. put cherry at the center of the rings.
  8. spread the brown sugar.
  9. pour the mixture into that mold
  10. bake in oven with 180 degree Celsius about 20 minutes.
p/s : cake will be ready if the wooden stick come out clean.
