ingredients :
- 150 gm self rising flour
- 2 no eggs
- 90 gm margarine
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 100 gm castor sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 8 no pineapple rings
- 100 gm brown sugar
- 8 no of cherry
step :
- beat margarine with sugar until fluffy
- add eggs gradually
- add vanilla essence
- add flour.
- add pineapple juice.
- on the other side, arrange pineapple rings in the mold.
- put cherry at the center of the rings.
- spread the brown sugar.
- pour the mixture into that mold
- bake in oven with 180 degree Celsius about 20 minutes.
p/s : cake will be ready if the wooden stick come out clean.
