ingredients :
- 60 gm melted butter
- 60 gm bread crumb
- 2 gm cinnamon
- 500 gm apple filling
- 60 gm ground almond
step :
- broom the filo pastry with melted butter
- spread bread crumb
- put another layer of filo pastry
- spread bread crumb
- put the third layer
- spread the bread crumb but only at the middle
- put ground almond also at the middle
- put the apple filling
- spread some cinnamon
- put some more ground almond and bread crumb
- brush egg wash to wrap
- roll the apple strudel
- at the end of apple strudel, fold it.

- bake in 180 degree Celsius about 18 minutes.
