French Loaf

Ingredients : 
1.  570 gm water.
2.  30 gm yeast.
3.  1000 gm bread flour.
4.  10 gm salt.

Step : 
1.  Mix the flour and yeast.
2.  Add water and salt.
3.  Beat until 12 to 15 minutes (using machine)
4.  Rest the dough.
5.  Portion the dough.
6.  Egg wash the dough.
7.  Bake the French Loaf in 30 minutes with 180 degree Celsius.
8.  Serve the French Loaf.
